Enrollment in programs and services will be confirmed via email or phone once payment is received.
Access to digital learning resources (if provided) will be delivered electronically within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Physical Products (Where Applicable)

Orders for materials or kits will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the location.
Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Delivery Options

Standard Shipping: Nationwide delivery across Jamaica via our courier partners.
Local Pickup: Available at our Kingston office upon request.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Clients will be notified promptly of any such delays.
