At Jamaica Autism Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational and support services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services and products purchased from us.
Services (Programs & Enrollments)

Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable unless a program is cancelled by Jamaica Autism Academy.

Withdrawal Requests: Clients who wish to withdraw must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the start date. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, less an administrative fee.

After Program Start: Once a program has begun, fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Products (Where Applicable)

Return Window: Products such as books, learning kits, or materials may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.

Defective Items: If the product is defective or was sent in error, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective.
